Registration Process:

1. In-Person:

    Fill-out the attached form.

    Attach the form to your check made in favor of Sunnyvale Hindu Temple.

    In memo line, please write "New Year Gayatri Havan".

    Drop the Form along with the Check in the Box provided at the Temple.

2. On-line

    Make a donation on-line at www.sunnyvaletemple.org/donations.htm

    Enter $101 or $250 in "unit-price" field on Paypal screen 1.

    Enter "New Year Gayatri Havan"  in Comments/suggestion field on Paypal screen 2.

    Complete the donation process.
